Bra gurus - a little advice?

I'm fitted by Bravissimo and double checked myself using the guides on here so I know I'm in the right size (32G/34FF and round that range).

I favour the balconette/half cup style for every day which gives me smooth lines if I wear the Fantasie smoothing balconette or similar. However I am now looking for an everyday bra, but that enhances my cleavage and indicates I have boobs rather than hiding them/minimising them - but not quite Wonderbra, poke your eye out style!

I have a fitting booked with Bravissmo tomorrow, but want to know what I should be looking for/asking for. TIA!

Try the bravissimo Satine, it's a 'gentle' plunge style so doesn't squish them together, smooth too.
I think some of the cleo eg 'Millie' etc are balconette style but give a good cleavage
Curvy Kate showgirl range are very 'ta da' but still wearable everyday, also their daily boost bra

Ooh, good places to start, thanks. Thanks

I personally don't get cleavage at all in the Millie shapes bras, they lift me straight up rather than pushing together. They could give you that look if you have upper fullness though.

So you know what shape your breasts are? Are they narrow or wide rooted (far under your armpits or not?), top or bottom heavy?

The Satine is a good plunge, but relatively wide and shallow so suits quite wide breasts IME. If your breasts project quite far forward then you might run in to trouble and get "orange in a glass" - where your boobs basically can't get to the bottom of the wire.

The Freya Deco is a classic moulded t shirt bra which gives good cleavage on a lot of people, and comes in loads of colours (bravissimo might not have them all in) so should definitely be tried as if it fits, you're in luck!

The Bravissimo Kiss Kiss or Wild at heart is a good plunge if you have narrower breast roots

The Bravissimo Dixie (and 101 sister shapes!) is a good one if you are wider - it's unpadded but still good

The Panache Porcelain plunge is also good

I tend to find most people get on with one of those! There is also a Cleo Neve, I'm not sure if Bravissimo stock it but it's kind of middle of the road in terms of width/depth and is very low in the centre, and Curvy Kate have done a few nice plunges which tend to be very wide and shallow but give great cleavage. Finally, there's a wonderbra d-g t shirt bra (not sure if Bravissimo stock this either) which is very good but runs a bit small.

Sorry, Got caught up in other stuff.

Boobs are not terribly narrow - quite wide when hanging loose - maybe 1-2 fingers between, bottom heavy, and with a definite dent at the side beside my armpit that causes issues with some bras - I seem to need side support as well as underneath.

I came out with the Satine bra, and the Savannah and they're so comfy. Cleavage is there but not in my face. (And I hit my 10th bra, so will order one free next!)

Because of the style I ended up in a 34GG, and the fitter was slightly relieved that I knew the back size/cup ratio wasn't absolute. M&S was mentioned with dark mutterings Grin

The Satine does run on the small side IME - I had to go up a cup size in it. Can quite imagine dark mutterings about M&S, the fitters in my local are like that as well Grin

I'm on my 10th too, holding off on ordering as I'm on a health kick (and I really want the nude Cleo Marcie that's coming out!)

Yeah - it's only up to £30 though, so it'll be the cheaper options; and its a fortnight after buying so I'll miss the sale. Sad
