Hopefully you lovely ladies can help with this - I've got narrow feet, which makes keeping most non-strappy shoes on almost impossible. Fine in the colder months, but it's always so tricky to find summery shoes with some sort of strap that doesn't make the whole thing look orthopaedic...
So I could really do with a pair of (preferably nude) ballet flats - and they need a stylish strap. Any ideas gratefully received!
