Whistles boot sizing

I am looking to buy some Whistles ankle boots online and not sure how big they come up. I am normally 7.5. So should I order 7 or 8? Thanks

I got some boots recently in a 4, my usual size - but I tried some shoes on, also a 4, and they came up huge.
