I have monsoon gift vouchers from Xmas (ILs) to use up.

Already got this jumpsuit

Needs a cover up though so...
jacket
lacey thing
cape

Have £40 so any of these is possible price wise really...

Am 39, 5'4" size 12-14 with dark brown hair just past my shoulders if it helps.

I detest websites that can't sort out their mobile links.

I don't doubt you've linked them properly but all those links just redirect to the Monsoon homepage.

I was in there today and saw some lovely things. A navy dobby spot sheer viscose dress which was gorgeous, a fine denim long sleeved dress, lots of lovely hippyish floaty embellished tops. Think you need to go and see all the stuff in the flesh tbh. There was also quite a lot of sale stuff still there at good discounts.

Links are working for me!! I like the lacy thing...

Floisme · 23/01/2015 15:58

It depends on your style but I'd go for something fairly plain and simple. So the jacket for me.

dexter73 · 23/01/2015 16:13

I like the jacket the best. Not really keen on the cape at all.

sweetheart · 23/01/2015 16:45

I think the jacket has the best shape, the others are a bit baggy to wear with the jumpsuit. What about something in a colour to brighten it up a bit?

MoustacheofRonSwanson · 23/01/2015 17:04

Thank you.

Floisme dexter73 and sweetheart Leaning toward the jacket as it would look a bit like a tuxedo suit. Was also thinking could wear a shirt under the jumpsuit/jacket, Thomas Crowne Affair style. Have black glittery shoes that would work with. Or some sandals with lots of straps criss crossing front that might work.

But l BeginnerSAHM lacey thing is cheaper and I could belt it to make it less baggy I think. Have 3 obi belts it would go with- red suede, navy leather and rose coloured kimono material, to go with kimono print slingbacks. Plus DH loves lace. And it would go with lots of other things I have whilst jacket would only go with jumpsuit really.

The cape is a total long shot. Think it is down to seeing a man on Hogmanay in a proper opera cape at the restaurant we went to. Totally OTT but I loved it. I might order it for a laugh intending to send it back, but have sneaky suspicion I would hang on to it like Gollum with his precious even if it never saw the outside of my wardrobe again. Maybe i need a proper cape. Does anyone ever need a proper cape?

Know what you mean about brightening it up sweetheart but I have lots of coloured things already (including things I could wear with jumpsuit) and as a whole my wardrobe is starting to look a bit hotch potch/mismatched, so I want something black to go with jumpsuit so I have one "together" going out outfit.

Argh, still can't makeup mind....
