So I need to buy all new underwear, long overdue! I have no idea what size I should be I just measured and I'm 32 and then 39/49 leaning forward. Can someone please tell me what size I should be or point me to any shop that offers a decent measuring service? :)

Did you mean 39/40? If so I'd start with 32ff and also try 32f, 30ff, and 30g
