My CACI Microlift is broken!

Anyone with any experience getting one of these little buggers repaired? It just won't charge. Red light flashing but then nothing. Have changed to new rechargable batteries.

I am deeply upset.

Yes, I have just had a similar experience. Mine was just over 18 months old then suddenly went dead. Tried two sets of new batteries. Would not charge or any lights coming on. No help from caci who offered to sell me a 2nd hand one!!! Now trying to get a refund via sale of goods act from original seller.
