Can I take these bras back?

I bought these bras in November -
bras

And both of them have had the wires pop out. I hand wash them and they are the right size. Can I take them back? I don't have the receipt.

Absolutely take them back! Because you don't have a receipt the most likely outcome is that they will offer you an exchange for the same or a very similar product. Or they will put the current value of the bras onto a gift card for you. If you had the receipt you would get your money back as that is proof of purchase but without it they will do the above. It will help if they don't look too well worn so the staff know you haven't had them donkeys years!

I used to work in debenhams (lingerie department) and would always refund or exchange if a bra had wires poking out (none of my bras ever did that so I definitely knew it wasn't supposed to happen.)

If for some strange reason they refuse to do anything then kick up an all mighty fuss and ask to see a manager who will 99% give you your money back in order to keep you happy (I used to hate it when the manager did this because it made us look like WE were being difficult and what's the point in having the rules if you're not going to stick to them?! This was only if the customer was blatantly in the wrong though which, of course, you aren't!)

Also, quick tip! The debenhams double pack bras are generally rubbish, I hated fitting in them but they were a popular choice at the same price as the better bra in the same style! Confused

Took them back and they exchanged them with no problems :)
