What top with this jacket?

I'm going to a party next week, trendy bar. I bought this blazer yesterday. What would you wear under it? I'll be doing jeans and heels, 5'8" with boobs. Everything seems so high necked! Or has sleeves.

Wow. I love that jacket. I love that look. That's pretty much the look I'd love to go for in general but have no clue how to put it together or how to pull it off..... Sorry I'm not much help am I?!

But excellent boost for my confidence in that you like the look!
I just would love a cream, silk type vest-not high necked. Seems an impossible task.

I was going to say a black silk cami, but it depends if you will want to take your jacket off, and if you care about sleeveless if yes.

If you don't like sleevelss, something like this would work well.
