Coat from BBC Spiral?

Long shot but wondering if anyone knows where the policewoman's coat is from? It is olive coloured and shearling lined and looks really warm. Any ideas?

Not sure, but think it may be a vintage suede coat...have a look on ASOS, searching for vintage suede shearling, and you may see something you like?
