Face vs figure?

I've realised that over the last year I have put on weight and have just had it confirmed at a gym weigh in :( I've had to consign some of my clothes to storage as they don't fit and my thighs have definitely got wider.

BUT my face looks so much better for it, a year ago I had hollow cheekbones and always looked ill. Plus I've gone up to an almost c cup from an a (although this may be the pill, in fact that could be the cause of the weight gain)

So I need to choose, skinny thighs and a gaunt face? I could carry that look off a few years ago but now at 40 it's not as good!

Think I'd say the face. A bit of weight on someone is no harm, and not everyone suits being thin. In fact I'd say most people look more vibrant with a bit of timber on them.
I'm probably going to come over as a bitch now, but this women who had always been big had lost loads of weight but she looks like a lollipop, really skinny body and large head.

My face looks less drawn now having gained a stone. I'd been really poorly and had to stop my daily exercise program which in the past, allowed me to eat what I want whilst remaining slim. I'm 5 Ft 6" and 11st 4lbs and my face is smooooth!

I'd say FACE every time!

I don't look slim at over 11 stone though and I'm 5'8". I weigh 10st 3 and I find that staying just over 10 stone is a good weight for me. I guess it is a very individual thing though.

I don't look slim at all but my face definitely looks better, at this weight. When I'm well I can get back to my running but for now, I have no choice but to carry on. My life for the past 7 months has been an endless round of blood tests, scan and hefty medication. Not looking slim has been the least of my problems....and I have NO wrinkles!

I choose face, I am slightly overweight, but have very good skin and lovely boobs. I do have to be very careful with what wear though, because it is easier to look frumpy if you are heavier. I would absolutely hate to look gaunt though. I think that hollow cheeked look emphasises jowliness more.
