Jeans for shortarse 50-odd-year-old

Where please? 5ft 3 and definitely no longer in my first flush of youth.

I'm a healthy (but not skinny) bmi with a backside that's making its way South.

Something that's on-trend, but not ripped, would fit the bill and I want to buy from a proper shop not online, so I can try them on.

I can shorten them (which I always need to do).

Thank you in advance.

Try Next... I got a great pair in there. g
Go for a smaller size as they stretch.

Lardylassnomore · 16/01/2015 19:26

Dorothy Perkins. You can get a pair for £15

Next relaxed skinny. I am 51 and love them . Not as tight as skinny jeans, very flattering.

Lambzig · 16/01/2015 20:17

Are you near a Uniqlo? Great quality, flattering cut, cheap and cut for the more petite in my opinion.

Poppyflowe · 16/01/2015 21:43

Thanks, sadly not near uniqlo. Will try dp and Next, also will go to John Lewis.

2 and similarly short-arsed. got a lovely pair in mint velvet which are very fitting but I think they look good. not worn them yet so may stretch too much.

Poppyflowe · 17/01/2015 21:22
