Everyday foundation

Any advice on a good foundation for everyday use? When I was younger, I only bothered with foundation on nights out or special occasions, but since having DS (now 2.5) I find I need a bit more help! I am 34 with combination skin, quite fair with some sun damage due to previous sunbathing and mild Rosacea on my cheeks. I have and a tendency to get blocked pores and blackheads on my cheeks too - a lot of makeup seems to trigger this. I have been using bb cream but think i could do with a bit more coverage. But something that doesn't feel too heavy, and looks natural. Is there such a product out there? I don't mind spending a bit of money on the right product. Any suggestions?

I would recommend Mac face and body foundation, looks and feels like your own skin ...I've tried loads and loads of high end foundations on my combination skin and this one is great. You can add another layer on areas you want more coverage .

A great thin that helps my skin that's also prone to blocked pores and flakey bits is this dermaflannel I really is fab at exfoliating and helps with blocked pores.

Clinique Perfectly Real is quite nice.

Another mac face and body fan here, i have very similar skin to yours. If my redness is bad then mac isnt quite enough so would add a concealer on top. Currently a heaven like one from clarins but macs prolong something concealer does the job too.

With roseaca i find alot of foundations aggrevate it due to harsh perfumes or oils in the formula (bobbi brown and chanel im talking to you!!) with mac i have never had thjs problem and whilst i do have to add more at times it NEVER sits in any lines (im 36, but ha e v deep lines) and it never clings to dry bits.

Thank you! It sounds like I needs trip to MAC then. There isn't one near us (I'm out in the sticks) but next time I go into our nearest city, I'll pop in and talk to them.
