Does anybody here take Collagen tablets?

Boots have an offer on these at the moment in my country. I am very tempted as I have noticed my skin is becoming very crepey. If you do take them, please can you answer my following questions:

Do they work?
Are there any side effects?
Which brand do you use?
What are they made of?

Not a tablet but at the moment i am taking a two week course of the Thalgo Collagen Booster.

I have about 4 days to go still. Does it work? Hmmm not sure, although i do look fresher, but then again i have just had a two week holiday at the coast. Where i can see a difference, strangely enough on the my hands. I have quite dry, lizardy hands, and they much better now..

No side affects, its a small bottle which you drink each morning.
