I thought it might be useful to have a thread about companies with excellent customer services. I order so much online and am often disappointed by the level of care offered by some retailers - slow responses, apathetic attitudes etc.
Anyway I ordered 2 silk dresses from the Allium B sale in mid-Dec. By early Jan they had failed to arrive and I let the company know via email last Monday. Within 10 minutes I had received a response from Clare and Mary offering to resend both dresses, at no extra cost, if the original parcel had not arrived by Thurs.
Luckily the delivery turned up on Weds, but I was so impressed with the speed and helpfulness of the ladies' reply and thought it put bigger companies to shame.
So does anyone else have nominations for excellent customer service?
