Bra help!

I think I need new bras (again!) I have one bra which runs under my arm all day so leaves a red mark and another one in which the cup has started to rip (child ripped it!) but the wires which meet in the middle don't lay flat against my skin (which I think they should do?)

My Bra which is from Freya is 36H...not sure to go up/down in waist/cup size and I don't have much time but I think I will need to try some on....also need 1/2 REALLY good sports bra - I look after children all day and I don't want to feel my boobs constantly jiggling up and down when I'm running after them making me self conscious.

Any help which would be great!

Although can I be the first to say that you're probably not a 36 back (you should be what you measure under your rib cage) and that Shock Absorbers make really good sports bras, although an ordinary well-fitting, supportive bra should be enough.

You need to measure as detailed here for a starting point size

If you could measure that would be great.

Sports bra wise, my personal favourite is the panache sport - it's underwired, moulded and encapsulates rather than crushing flat to your chest!

Ok so I need to find a tape measure.....hmmmm! Will have to dig one out somewhere!

And yes definitely go to either a specialist bra shop or large department store to try a range of makes and sizes on.
