Plus size pear shape - wedding guest outfit help required!

So as above, to at least just covering knee length, scoop neck & autumn colours! I may end up using a monsoon dress that I bought as a great bargain in a charity shop for £6.50. It's this one

It's not my colours but love the fabric, cut & style, however I'm happy to spend up to £100ish for a new dress/outfit but don't want to buy something new for the sake of it! If anyone has any suggestions-open to not wearing a dress. The wedding is in March :)

I have no outfit suggestions, unfortunately, as although I'm also looking for a wedding guest outfit I'm an apple shaped 10/12 not sure where I'd start (have serious waist envy btw!)
