So my zara order finally arrived and most of it has to go back.

Is it easier to do it in store or arrange a collection?

Which refunds quickest and is easiest to do?

My store is 20 miles away and would require a special trip but don't like the idea of arranging a deliver with on one wee sticker to secure the parcel

well one you click away online and one you stand at a till

tbh i LOVE the home return. Its so straightforward, I just leave it out for my guy to collect

The cash refund will take the same amount of time both ways - even if you do it in store the refund has to be authorised by the online people.
