Zara returns

So my zara order finally arrived and most of it has to go back.

Is it easier to do it in store or arrange a collection?

I don't do home returns if it's a big order - items have been left off the refund and sorting it out took many frustrating calls and emails.

Doing it in person is easier.

I took something back earlier this week. I decided to do it in store as I didn't fancy organising a collection. It was really easy and I got a confirmation email immediately saying that the refund was being processed.

Zara in-store returns are a doddle - you don't even need your credit card, and they send a confirmation email every time.

Never tried their collection service but strikes me as a bit complicated when the store way is so easy.

think i will do store refunds as collection seems complicated

thanks all

I've done collection with mixed results. First time it was a dream- polite delivery guy turned up, easy, plus refund the next day.

one this week less good- waited in all day Monday no courier showed. He came lunchtime on Tuesday after I contacted Zara customer services and rebooked. Customer services weren't very good- the guy on the line was nice, but the policies he had to work with obviously weren't that great.
