Anyone ever dyed a leather handbag?

Just wondering if you did it yourself what did you use, any tips??

I have a modalu cream bag that id love to dye black but bit worried about messing it up and ruining the bag?

I have dyed leather shoes with great effect. Just make sure the leather is porous to take the dye. I bought the dye in Timpsons shoe repairers.

Thankyou, I hadnt even thought about Timpsons! Will have a look tomorrow. was it easy enough to do though, to get the colour even?
