Zara processing times

So have placed three orders - the middle one is dispatched but the others are still processing. These were placed on Boxing Day - will they turn up or are zara generally slower at sale time ?

They seem slow during sale time. I ordered within an hour of the sale starting, still not dispatched. This happened when I bought a coat on Black Friday - took about a week to arrive. Much faster during non sale times.

Thanks belinda

It's so much faster during non sale times and this is the first sale order I've placed

Just worried all my lovely items will be cancelled !

I haven't known Zara to cancel anything. Really hope they don't this time! Or, at least, don't cancel the stuff that's mine, in the order Grin

Lonelynessie · 30/12/2014 11:38

I ordered on Boxing Day morning and they arrived yesterday morning. Do you have a confirmation email?

zinnia · 30/12/2014 11:44

I ordered Boxing Day am too and it's (literally) just arrived. A second order I placed later that day is on its way. Can be patchy though, I've found in the past.

lurkingaround · 30/12/2014 11:46

I ordered Boxing Day. Arrived yesterday. Zara are fairly straightforward I've found, when it comes to shopping. If they sell it to you, they don't cancel the order. Unlike some of our Nordic friends. Yes &other stories you. Hopefully you'll get your order soon.

ChablisLover · 30/12/2014 13:22

Have confirmation emails but only one dispatch emails.

Fingers crossed

It'll be fine.. I've placed a few orders and they've been really random when they've turned up throughout the Christmas period.

BelindaAllWorkedOut · 30/12/2014 14:57

Maybe I should call them

You put the bejeeebies up me belinda and have rang

Have been told the 2nd January but May be delayed to 4/5 January but will be fulfilled in full

Fab, fingers crossed that's the sort of time frame I am looking at, too. Although why I care, I don't know, as most of it is for the DCs to grow into. Except for my pleather trousers. I really just want to see if they are any good. Bum40 has them and looks great in them, so have delusions that, despite being much shorter and rounder, they will work for me, too.

ChablisLover · 30/12/2014 15:57

I've ordered a trench, some work trews and bits and bobs. Shirt has just arrived and fits well except over boobs. Could try non padded bra and see if it improves.

Have to dig out my faux leather trews - got the Michael kors ones from Nordstrom. Need inspiration to wear them though

OP posts:
BelindaAllWorkedOut · 30/12/2014 16:01

Faux leather trews look great worn w stilettos and a simple round neck or roll neck knit or a shirt. Just like normal trousers.

ChablisLover · 30/12/2014 16:07

That's belinda - I just worry how my arse looks in them and like something skimming so thought chunky jumper and stilettos?

OP posts:
BelindaAllWorkedOut · 30/12/2014 16:20

Sounds lovely, Chablis

ChablisLover · 30/12/2014 16:22

Thanks - also have a nice jumper coming from zara to wear with them - if it turns up !
