Photoshoot at work

When I return to work we have a company photo shoot booked. It is a construction company, scene, 25 staff in a horseshoe in front of vehicles & building.
I am the only female on staff. 20 guys will be in high viz, 5 office staff in smart casual, what do I wear?

Are you one of the hi vis crew or office staff?

I'm office, hence my dilemma.
Looking at the last photo (5 years ago) directors wore suits, other office wore from casual suit down to jumper & trousers.
I have no trousers, can't gind a good fit at small Apple shape (10 +/-)

It's winter and you'll be outside. Have you got a smart coat?

Not a coat I would be happy to wear for the photo

borrow a big long coat from a friend. Job done.

or wear what you normally wear. If it is a skirt, where's the problem?
