At the moment I wear a 30hh but have overspill. Would I goto a 30j or 30jj? God that sounds huge!!

I'm ok in my cleo bras but any other make gives me 4 boobs!!

How much overspill exactly? A small ridge (when inhaling) probably equates to one cup but if it's proper quad boob then you'll need to go bigger again, maybe two or three cups.

It's visible four boobs!! What size do you think?

I'd try a JJ and then a K. When you say your Cleos are ok, do you mean you're not getting any overspill? What style and size?

Yes no overspill with either. I've got a Marcie and lily. I think they're both balconette.

I've got quite round full boobs. I've tried curvy Kate daily boost and tried bravissimo nude slightly padded one. That was fine at first but after an hour I had terrible four boobs.

I wear a 30GG in both Marcie and Lily. IME Curvy Kate and Bravissimo half cups all come up small in the cup. If you're wearing a 30HH in the Marcie, I'd try at least a 30JJ in the CK etc.
