Jaeger pencil skirt - from the outlet website, £17 down from £140 , bargain of the year I reckon!
Boden pencil skirt - £27, which was 50% off
Cos grey jumper - £23, hasn't arrived yet

Russell & Bromley cross body bag - £95 down from £145
White Company navy Jersey maxi skirt, £30 and silk top, half price at £55

What I would ideally like are one or two midi dresses/skirts. Not sure what I want exists though . I very much wish I had dressmaking skills.

All shopping online for me so far so eagerly awaiting it's arrival. Haven't bought many clothes from Next for ages but have a bit of a haul coming from them, pjs, skinny jeans, boots and a few cashmere and merino bits. Also quite a bit for DC. Also a jumper and jeans from Whistles. Tempted by a few Mint Velvet bits but awaiting further reductions!

Oh I also got that jacket lurking - had my eye on it for ages but wasn't paying the original price for it!

It was well reduced wasn't it HappyGirl? It's not in Zara's nature to reduce so well so I was wondering.... Hopefully it's nice on.

I bought the Zara jacket too. I bought in online but when in store yesterday there were lots left. Most had lots of threads coming off. I pulled a couple and think that they could be trimmed, but there is a chance that the unfinished hems were done on the cheap and may not stop fraying. I'm going to pull at the hems when it arrives and if it looks vulnerable will send back.

lurking I've seen it occasionally when they've ridiculously overpriced an item and no-one is buying! I suspected that's what would happen here and that's why I held on until the sales... And it's paid off..

some nice grey trousers from banana republic, they had 30% off sale prices and there was so much in store, was fab.

lots of heattech tops from uniqlo at a fiver each, pretty flowy skirt from uniqlo at £9 down from £30, cardi from uniqlo tenner off, topshop belt half price. few tops from french connection.

i went to oxford street early yesterday was tons to look through, enjoyed myself.

Went to the shops today, liked a few things in Mint Velvet but still priced quite high so will see if there are further reductions. Lots of nice cashmere around but I have too much already.

Day 1 tried desperately to find something but came home with an ironing board and 4 hand towels - must try harder!
Day 2 black high heeled ankle boots, black sweater dress, and another dress
Day 3 returned other dress, bought a navy sweater dress and a blue slouchy jumper
Took DS with me on day 3 (mistake) he found coat, shoes, man bag, trousers and 4 shirts!!!! I lent him the funds as he recently started his first graduate job, hence needing wardrobe help, and won't get paid till end of Jan

I've been quite restrained! I wanted a work dress, a weekend skirt and a neutral light scarf. I have purchased:
Cos printed shirt dress
Massive light grey gauzy wool scarf and selection of candles from TK Maxx
Deep red merino knit dress from Muji
Pleather skirt from M&S
Muubaa leather jeans - if asos ever send them
Biker skinnies from Sainsbos

Also ordered another Cos dress that has gone back, and the leather jeans probably will too when they arrive.

My Zara jacket arrived and it's a definite non runner. Back it went.

But the grey top is good. And the better news is that I picked up the black version of the grey top in store and it's really nice! Sits better than the grey wool one. Love it.
