Thread veins on cheeks and ruddiness

Prompted by another thread I didn't want to hijack. I have an unevenly ruddy complexion on my cheeks, and some red thread veins - is there anything I can do to lessen this? Longterm issue, and it don't think it's rosacea or anything like that.

I believe you can have thread veins zapped, for instance - has anyone done this? Or is there anything less interventionist I could do, apart from covering it with makeup?

Can anyone recommend any clinics for this in Lancashire/Preston/Bolton area please?

I did have advanced electrolysis a year ago but it did not do much at all. It got rid of a few broken veins but I have an overall "Rudolph" nose and no specific veins to zap she said.

Thanks
