Hair straighteners?

Sorry I'm sure it's be done to death but...

Just had my hair cut quiet drastically (just a trim? Oh yes just a trim. 15 minutes later...where the f**k has my hair gone).

I like it but it does need serious styling, my GHDs are the big ones which I got for when I had really long hair. They don't work for shorter hair. Any recommendations? I remember reading on MN a different brand to GHd but can't remember the name and can find the thread!

Cloud 9 was started by the people who started GHD, they're very good, I'd heard the new GHDs weren't as good as the older models so went for CLoud 9 and they definitely do the job :)

Cloud 9. You could just get the smaller ghd though?

Babyliss Boutique straighteners are just as good as GHDs and are half the price
