Fleece lined leggings for a size 8

Does anyone have any they love? They always seem to come up too big on me and can't find any nice good quality ones! Desperate, freezing legs!

Have you tried Penneys/Primark? Got size 6-8 dd1 a pair and she seems to like them.

Primark. My DDs, who are 13 and 11, wear the adult Small size fleece lined leggings. You must be bigger than the 11yo, at least!
