Why doesn't the dress fit??

I bought this dress www.oasis-stores.com/rose-shift-dressoasis/fcp-product/3770045619 online and it arrived today. I am the exact measurements for a size 10 (and in other clothes am a size 10 in Oasis) yet this looks like a sack on me! Should have ordered an 8 too, but thought it would be miles too small.

I think it is supposed to look like that. It looks fairly sack-like on the model in the video.
