Recommend block heel shoe boots please

I'd like them to wear to the office with dresses so need to be quite smart and comfortable for wearing all day, all ideas welcome

Sorry I'm not techy so cant do links. Topshop Margot in black leather is lovely. There's a tab on the back in the picture thats cloth so I tend to pull them on using the tab then tuck it in to the boot as I think it looks naff sticking out.
