Dark circles - what to do

I look like I have 2 black eyes as the circles under my eyes are so dark Any help to reduce them would be really appreciated

Assuming you are already drinking enough water, I am told that massaging the area with a little coconut oil helps, but can take a while to work, 1 to 2 hours.
