I need a primer (I think) to stop eye make up smudging

I also need a mascara and eyeliner.

I don't want to spend a fortune.

Any recommendations? Smile

Boots Seventeen HD mascara (dramatic). Or Peep Show, curls and lengthens, very pretty for everyday.

Boots Seventeen eyeliner. It is soft though, but then I like that!

As you might be able to tell, they had 3 for 2 on at boots number seventeen the other day and I was very happy with my purchases (and free little nail varnish) :)

Rimmel eyeliner
Maybelline liquid liner - like a soft sharpie
Code VLM mascara, encourages growth. Bit pricey as its sold in salons.

Soap and glory bright light primer is excellent.

Boots 17 Tatoo me liquid liner is you like a liquid. About £4
Dr Haushka pencil eyeliner if you like a pencil. Bit dearer at around £10/12 but it lasts ages.
Real purity Mascara. About £17. It is lengthening and thickening and it good for day to day with 1 or 2 coats, and builds up really well for evening with 3 or 4 coats. I've stopped having a day mascara and a night mascara since finding it. It has no alcohol or parabens in it so doesn't sting eyes.

If that's too dear Bourjois have a good one called volume glamour.
