Best black kohl eyeliner?

I looking for a long wear no smudge one. I don't mind cheap or expensive. I am in Australia so might not be able to get some cheaper brands that are in Boots or Superdrug.

Urban Decay 24/7 Glide On Eye Pencils are the best I've ever used. Really gorgeous and lasts all day.

Perversion is blackest black. Fab!

I never got on with pencil liner as I found it uneven to apply, and then swiftly smeared everywhere (and yet I wore liquid liner every day since I was about 15)
A friend recommended benefit's bad gal liner, and it's fab. It's quite a soft pencil so glides on smoothly, you can then smudge it a bit with the built in smudger or leave it neat, and within a few seconds it 'sets' and becomes truly waterproof and smudgeproof

Dr Hauschka. Lasts forever, both on your eyes and the pencil itself. when it eventually comes off, it just sort of fades not smudges.
