Just opened the packet and there's no instructions! Quick search online but I can't work out whether you put it on dry hair or wet? Anyone know?

is it a semi permanent? normally apply them to damp hair (wet hair and towel dry a little)

Wet your hair first but don't shampoo it - then towel dry
