Can anyone identify this shirt/blouse?

Not very hopeful but can anyone tell me where this shirt is from:

Worn by Connie Beauchamp in last weekends episode of Casualty. It's a long line black shirt with white collar and placket. It's in this video at 5 seconds:

The Oasis one is nice but I really want to see if I can track down that one.
It was so elegant because it was long line. And looked pretty well made expensive-.

Anyone got any designer suggestions? I thought it might be Dolce & Gabbana but guess that's a bit beyond Casualty's wardrobe budget.
