Silver sequen jacket

I've been blessed by the gods and found a beautifully crafted vintage silver sequin jacket. Now what on earth shall I wear with it? I've put in a couple of stine so I'm not as trim as I used to be so my personal choice of black skinny trousers and a vest top is out if the window. Any ideas?

Palazzo pants and an understated black shirt?

I'm a dot height wise so palazzo pants would drown me. I love the idea of a black shirt though and I happen to have one. Yay! Now, what to wear below? My belly is biggish at the moment so maybe I should just wear a fitted pair of trousers. Damn this weight gain!!
