Another bra question

Over the past couple of years I've been steadily reducing my band size and upping my cup size, and recently bought a few 30FF bras that fit brilliantly (no back or underarm fat, no bulges, great shape). However, although they're by no means too tight in the band (I can pull them away a good couple of inches from my back) the wires press into my sternum quite badly. I'm not very thin but I do have quite sticky-outy ribs - is this just my body or is it my posture or should I try sizing up to a 32F or down to a 28G? Or what? It's annoying because they look and feel fantastic, but by the end of the day I'm in a bit of pain and lob on my old baggy 32E.

I am 32F. Some bras give me this pain, the wire feels hard and uncomfortable. It's the fabric with me, there has to be some give. Panache bras don't hurt, they seem softer and stretchier.

I'm no expert but it could be the style of the bra rather than the size that doesn't work for you. although, being able to pull the band away from your chest suggests the band is too big. maybe try another 30F or 28G in a different style.

sorry, another 30FF that was meant to say ^

Thanks Smile They're not all the same make - in fact I think they might all be different! It's a PITA because when I first put them in they feel fine, but after a few hours - ouch! I am struggling to find what they have in common even - some have deeper gores but one has a v thin gore with the wires not coming high up my chest at all. Gah! Maybe I should pop into Bravissimo for advice.
