Need help finding this dress/tunic

I saw a woman wearing a lovely dress/tunic the other day and I wish I had asked where she bought it. It was navy, fine knit and had a detail at the hem, maybe scalloped or lace but all the one colour.

It was skater style or maybe this shape

I tried White Stuff, White Company and Joules but no luck.

Does it sound familiar? I'd love it for Christmas.
