A young tall gorgeous blond mum wearing a leather knee-length flared skirt with matching black leather 3/4 length sleeve jacket, leopard print low-cut top, sky-high stilettos and fur-trimmed black leather fingerless gloves.

She stood out.

How do you wash leather clothes?

XiCi · 28/11/2014 21:12

Really!! I can't imagine anyone on gods earth wearing that outfit
Where do you live? Just out of interest.

Greengardenpixie · 28/11/2014 21:18

Sounds OTT tbh. Ehriclovesthebhrothers - leather has to be specialist dry cleaned. Unless of course it may be faux leather which can be thrown into the machine!

50ShadesOfSummer · 29/11/2014 04:28

I too have many clothes which I used to save until I went out. But (having 2 DCs) I never go out!

So I try to wear them on a normal day, to the shops, school run, etc. As other people have said: Life's too short to wear boring clothes!

Littleturkish · 29/11/2014 06:32

I think she sounds wonderful.

Fluffycloudland77 · 29/11/2014 08:50

I'm jealous, I wouldn't have the balls to wear it.

Good for her.

TychosNose · 29/11/2014 10:05

She sounds fab. I'd try and be friends with her but I'd probably be a bit intimidated.

I love to see all the glam mums on the school run. There's a mum at dds school who wears false lashes every day. So impressed that she makes such an effort. She looks like a celeb. I look like I sleep rough.

GeorginaWorsley · 29/11/2014 10:26

I wore leopard print fur coat on school run the other day, despite it being ' dressed down' with black jeans I still felt a tad Bet Lynch.
I am late forties thoughGrin

wellnowthenmardybum · 29/11/2014 10:34

I now really want a pair of those gloves.

photocop · 29/11/2014 10:34

I do admire the effort she puts in, she always looks glamourous. She is young and beautiful and has staff which helps. She's a SAHM.

To answer the question, I don't want to out myself but we are in southern Europe not the UK.

WellThenMardyBum - try Aspinall. I have fur trimmed black leather gloves from there (cashmere lined too - bliss for my Reynaud's ravaged hands).

ZaraW · 29/11/2014 12:05

She is making the world a more interesting place I love it when people make a statement. Sadly as someone who is welded to my bed in the morning I have never been one of these people :)
