Why, WHY would you make a beautiful tailored jacket and not any bottoms to go with it?

Fabulous jacket, looks at least three times the £30 I paid for it and no skirt or trousers. Now I am traipsing round trying to find a skirt to match. Because of course black isn't just black is it? An apparently a black pencil skirt in the right black fabric is akin to the Holy Grail

It's not online saints. It's short waisted, no collar, hook and eye fastening, peplum. In short, a refreshing change from all those stupid boyfriend blazers you can't wear if you're curvy or short or both

I may have to resort to that emsyj but it's hardly ideal. I want a suit dammit!

I've found something suitable at John Lewis eventually. Not an exact match, but as good as I am going to get I suspect.
