fab or frump ?

I need a knee length, waterproof, am a dumpy, 5'3" size 16ish, need to look smartish casual at work, but stay warm, dry, and not sweat!

Well, it's not fab but then are any of these long waterproof coats really fab? They're just functional. Some are worse than others but that one's pretty inoffensive.

But it looks warm and waterproof.

I think it comes down to practicality over fashion .

I'm tending towards the stay warm and practical....but a little part of me wants to compete with the stylish svelte yummies

I think it will be too long for me -- I'm 5'4.
