Help with finding a dress for party.

Coming up Dh has a rather important works do. I am after a dress similar to this which is out of stock (sods law). It is a wrap sequin the long sleeves are a must as I hate my bingo wings.

Anyone seen anything similar? Doesn't have to be black especially.
