V quick question about gel nail polish please

I was going to paint my nails at the weekend (gel, led light) in an attempt to smarten myself up a bit. But I've got a split half way down my nail. Will the polish be ok over the top and act as a kind of glue, or will the split still show?

Split won't show. I do my toes all the time, are you planning to do yourself or at a salon?

Planning to do myself, I have the set from boots, nothing fancy. I've never had a salon gel polish last more than two days so figure I may as well have a go myself

They are great but follow Instructions carefully. They are tricky to remove but will last two plus months

Pop some nail glue on it first, let it dry then buff flat and do your manicure. X
