Cleansing help

I am currently using make up wipes to cleanse my skin, gasp, but know I need to stop. Heading to boots tomorrow.

My skin is sensitive, prone to redness, tightness after washing. If I dont exfoliate regularly (I use a muslin cloth), I get white flaky bits around my nose and in my forehead. I get spots on my chin- maybe a tomato allergy which I've just cut out or hormonal. Currently using hibiscrub on my chin only.

I am using argan oil as a moisturiser which I really like. I've previously used clarins too. I like extra comfort day cream.

I need a cleanser- totally stupid, but how do I use one. Thinking about la Roche posay physiological cleansing milk?

Try the Nivea cleanser for sensitive skin, it's lovely! Cheap too. The day cream is also fab, both designed for sensitive skin and targets redness and irritation etc. I'm on my third bottle now which is unheard of!
If you think your skin needs super duper gentle then try Avene Extremely Gentle Cleanser, but dearer but really good if your skin is having a meltdown!
