Red jersey dress

Last year (no idea why ) I bought a soft, cherry red jumper dress , nice fine knit.
But what the dickins do I wear with it?

Tights?
Boots?
What colour?
What length?

Or just wear over leggings and pretend it's a really long top.?

as above then finish with a black biker jacket.

That's exactly the outfit I wore on my bday and it looked fab got compliments - dark red dress, black leggings, ankle boots and biker jacket. The dress is quite feminine so the ankle boots and jacket set it off nicely

I think black leggings would look odd and passé.

I've got a cherry red cashmere jumper dress which I love, I wear it with black tights and black heels or knee boots (hate ankle boots with dresses).

I like black tights with a bit of pattern on them, www.dressmylegs.ie has some chic ones.
