What do you think of this jacket?? I know its probably not as warm as their parkas but looks like a nice fitted coat.

I'd worry that the big collar would annoy me.

I also think the big collar would irritate me as well.

I think it's a bit granny-ish.
But you may carry it off really well.
Who knows until you try it on?

It looks nice on the blogger here which is what tempted me towards it otherwise I normally go for a normal parka style..

I really like it, but in black only - any anorak in a shade of red makes me think of Hayley Cropper, God rest her soul . I think the funnel neck stops it looking frumpy.

My mother would wear it to walk the dogs, she's in her 60s.

SofaCanary would it look out of place on the school run then on a 29 year old?

I think it looks a bit like an old lady's coat, but that blogger does seem to pull it off.

I don't like quilting and it looks a bit cheap somehow. sorry.

Yeah I was thinking of the black to wear for the in between weather we have been having not too cold or warm.

Loads of women on the school run wear coats like that. It's smart and practical and absolutely no-one is going to look at you in it and think "Lamb dressed as mutton " or "What a state," or anything derogatory in the slightest. I prefer it to a parka.

I like it. I like the collar but I'd put a scarf inside it or it would be covered in make up.

Would this green parka be a trendier option?
