A colour correcting I primer may be a better option?

I've never used a specific anti-redness powder but I'm with Bobbi Brown in thinking that it's not green (premise of most anti-redness products) that works best at counteracting pink tone, but yellow.
I find this gives a really good! healthy tone to the skin! balances out the pink without adding any orange tones.

I also really recommend La Roche Posay anti-redness CC cream. I use it before foundation and it just levels everything out a bit more.

But yeah, yellow tones in everything rather than green, definitely don't recommend Smashboc colour correcting primer - green and does bugger all!

'Scuse all those !s...think they were supposed to be commas.

Oh and that e.l.f powder, it's the yellow one I was recommending.
Not just great at balancing tone but gives a lovely soft focus effect too.
