Having a bit of a hair nightmare...
I had my hair coloured at a salon on Friday and initially loved it. I'm naturally brunette and had been having blonde highlights put in that had become blocky and a bit greeny on the ends. What I think the colourist did was add some more brown through my hair to break it up - think she used a couple of colours. It looked great but then I washed it this morning and suddenly a load of the brown has gone and stripey yellow highlights are left.
I'll ring tomorrow and I'm sure they'll sort it, but does anyone know what's gone wrong and whether there's anything that can be done to stop it happening again? Porous hair, perhaps?
Thanks for any advice - I know it's hardly the end of the world but I've recently had a baby and my hair is just about the only thing I can get to look good at the moment!
