Your beauty repurchases

I am always interested to know what people buy again and again. I get super bored of products and normally cant wait to buy something shiny and new so it takes something special (or something boring, but that actually works) for me to repurchase. My staple purchases are:
Collection 2000 lasting perfection concealer: So cheap, and better than anything I've ever used.
Una brennan cleansing oil: Melts makeup off and feels much more luxurious than the price tag suggests
La roche posay effaclar face wash: Great as part of a second cleanse and gets my face squeaky clean. I have spot prone skin and this doesnt irritate it at all.
Veet facial wax strips: Unfortunately I have a need for these, but they work great. I had bleached before but these are so quick and faff free, and now I only need to use them maybe once a month because the hair regrowth is minimal. A pack lasts forever, is cheap and super effective.
Rimmel stay matte powder: Cheap (notice a trend?) nice finish and keeps my face shine free.
Revlon colourstay: I am still on the hunt for my HG daytime foundation but the darker colour in this foundation is beautiful as a "going out" foundation for when Im all tanned up. Great airbrushed finish and it looks polished while still being fresh and not caked on. (Unfortunately the light colour not so much, its a much thicker formula)
St Tropez Tan mousse: Easy to use, nice finish and a bottle lasts a long time (I only use it for nights out)
Sally Hanson Tan: I have been buying this for yeeeaaars. Nothing makes my bare legs look presentable bar this. I love the lightest colour, really takes the corned beef look away (Im Irish!) without looking orange.
Palmers cocoa butter: I use this after Ive shaved my legs. Its super moisturising and I love the smell. A bottle lasts me about a year. I have been buying this for at least 10 years!
So what are your beauty repurchases? Do you love or hate anything on my list, or do you have any products that are better than mine (I still like shiny new things as I have said before!) Grin

Rimmel since I was 16.

I'm now 39. Everything else I've ever tried has been disappointing.

Nivea to take it all off at nighy.

Any shampoo or conditioner that is on offer, I don't have a preference there - it's just soap for hair.

QuinnFabray · 03/11/2014 21:13

MAC SPF 50 primer, MAC mineralise skinfinish natural, Una Brennan Rose Cream Cleanser, La Roche Posay Cicaplast Baume and La Roche Posay Effaclar K. Nars Deep Throat Blusher, Soap and Glory twist up lip stick gloss thingy in Fuscha-ristic and Dior waterproof twist up eyeliner in dark brown.

Actually that list is longer than I thought it would be. I've been pretty fickle over the years. I must be finally working out what works! Still haven't found a foundation or a mascara that satisfies me completely.

Wow, so many comments. And soooo many new things to try! Grin Two other really cheapy things I have repurchased are lidls eye cream and their coco mademoiselle rip off perfume. The eye cream is really good and lovely and soft on the eye area and while the perfume doesnt last long, it smells nice and is good as a day to day perfume and it saves the fancy stuff for nights out! I have one future repurchase (possibly two) kiehls midnight recovery has been great, I use it about 3 times a week, possibly more. I bought it about this time last year and I think I still have another couple of months left. Gives a lovely well rested glow to the skin. Their biological peel I may repurchase (bought in feb, still months left) but I am considering liquid gold. Hmmm.... shiny and new vs tried and tested!

Bourjois Healthy Mix Serum
Soap & Glory blot powder
Clinique iced lotus blush- best ever!!
Palmers Cocoa butter and their lip balm too
Max Factor masterpiece max mascara
Maybelline brow pencils
OPI passion nail polish- best nude ever

LoadsaBlusher · 04/11/2014 07:34

Mac Desert Rose Blusher
Barry M Nail Paints
Rimmel Black Liquid Eyeliner
Rimmel Dark Brown Eyebrow Pencil
MUA lipsticks - great for £1

Everything else , including body and face products , I chop and change depending in the time of year and the offers in the shops.

SuperFlyHigh · 04/11/2014 08:42

I'd get Body Shop Lip Butter too but the one I have doesn't seem to be on their website.

My L'oreal mascara I think Telescopic is the best one I've ever used for a mid range brand, reaches my shortish eyelashes and small eyes and really gets to the roots of every one.

soundevenfruity · 04/11/2014 13:53

BalanceMe cleanser and radiance oil.

yazzy85 · 04/11/2014 22:21

-Effaclar face wash, Effaclar duo
-Double Wear light foundation, tried high end and drugstore brands but this is working best on my oily skin
-Mac lipsticks/blushers
-No7 Matte Primer
-Quinoderm for spots

Warmandtoasty · 04/11/2014 22:38

I constantly chop and change but always have these things and constantly go back to them

Soap and glory bronzer
La Roche posay effaclar duo & face wash
Bioderma cleansing water
Chanel vitalumiere aqua
Estée Lauder double wear light
Sally Hanson legs
St tropez mousse

OneDayWhenIGrowUp · 05/11/2014 10:58

Puffinface I had a little tester of the Kiehl's midnight recovery and it lasted a long while (well a few months I think!) with using 1-2x a week, I agree think it's a really lovely oil and relaxing fragrance for nighttime too, it's on my possible re-purchase list but I've liked almost every facial oil I've tried so am easily tempted elsewhere!

Stevie77 · 05/11/2014 20:33

Estée Lauder Day Wear. I've worn it for years, have tried to replace with cheaper face creams (maybe they were the wrong ones?) that didn't make my skin feel anywhere near as nice as this does. So I buy it as cheaply as I can instead, online.

I will repurchase Boots mascara as recommended here by another poster. It's fab and only £2!

LumionaMoonsplash · 05/11/2014 20:39

I stocked up on Aldi concealer and mineral powder when it was on special last week.

I do like the collection 2000 concealer though.
Max factor million volume mascara too.

nicelyneurotic · 06/11/2014 08:02

Loreal micellar water, again and again.

Clinique eye cream (don't know why, there must be something better)

Touche eclat

Bourjois eyeliner

Urban decay eyeshadow

Mac lipstick in lovelorn

Lancome pressed powder

Dior mascara

Can't find a regular concealer I like. Never seem to use up blushers or eyebrow pencils.

I can get a bit stuck in my ways but have discovered some great new products lately like urban decay naked foundation.

SuperFlyHigh · 06/11/2014 09:48

Ah - I also like various bronzers (Aruba) and a more natural one from Bobbi Brown.

their most recent nude lipstick is great too Sheer Lip Colour in Bobbi.

I don't like their new Skin Weightless Powder foundation - maybe a nice concept but it just doesn't do it for me.

I can 2nd the Collection 2000 eyeliners, concealor etc - all great value and wearable colours maybe not 100% on trend but great basics!

avagosling · 06/11/2014 10:33

I am totally converted to oils
Castor oil with jojoba for cleansing
Rosehip oil for night time treatment/moisturization
Alternate between coconut oil/shea butter for body moisturizer
Have re-bought the Really Good Hair Oil by Fushi several times, nothing else makes my hair so smooth and shiny
