I'm lucky enough to be going on a great trip next year that includes Iceland, New York and Eastern Canada.
I imagine we'll be walking a fair bit, although no proper hiking (will have 8 year old).
Can anyone recommend some comfortable shoes that would do for walking round a city yet work for maybe a little bit of "country"/glacier walking in Iceland. So not too walking booty, maybe more brogue-like.
Leather converse? Are they waterproof? (Never had converse.) I don't like the look of sketchers go walk.
I live in Australia, so brands rather than shops, please.
