Are T Bar Shoes Fashionable?

I was sorting out my shoe mountain recently, and found some black T Bar Shoes, almost identical to these in style. They must be at least eight years old, but they still fit perfectly well, and are in good condition.

Could I get away with wearing these for work, with a skirt? Or is this style a bit dated now?

I am not sure they ever went out of fashion as they are classic shoes. They would look great with a pencil skirt.
