what are the other categories? And who determines them?

In House of Colour terms, there are Romantic, Ingenue, Gamine, Natural, Classic and Dramatic, and various combinations thereof. The styles are 'decided' by consultants, and occasionally new combinations are added as we feel necessary (so if we have had a bunch of clients we have struggled to place, we can talk to head office about (a) if we're missing something or (b) if there is need to further expand the styles we use to describe people). Each of the styles comes with guidelines about proportions/scale/silhouette shapes, rather than exact diktats about what to wear.
